Beacon Login Instructions:

User ID: Your full Social Security Number (without dashes)
Example: If your SSN is 123-45-6789, your User ID would be123456789 -
PIN: The last four digits of your SSN followed by the last two digits of your birth year
Example: If your SSN is 123-45-6789 and you were born in 1986, your PIN would be678986

Information for Newly Hired Employees
New Hires have 30 days to complete enrollment from their date of hire. Benefits will be effective the first of the month following the date of hire.
Change of Family Status
Please note: Once the plan year begins, you cannot make changes to your coverage mid-year unless you experience a Qualified Life Event (QLE).
Examples of QLEs include:

Marriage or divorce

Gaining or losing Medicaid/Medicare eligibility

Birth or adoption of a child
-
Involuntary loss of other health coverage
You have 30 days from the date of the event to request changes. Be sure to contact the Insurance Office promptly and provide any required documentation.
